Shipping policy


  • Order processing: After an order is placed, please allow 3-5 business days for items to be shipped. Orders will be processed and packed during regular business hours including weekends. Please note that as we are closed on Mondays, orders will not be processed, this also applies to Holidays in which the store is closed. 
  • Shipping options: We currently only ship within Canada. The majority of orders will be shipped via Canada Post however if there are size or pricing barriers, UPS options are available. 
  • Shipping costs: Shipping costs are calculated via product size and overall order weight. Options include, but are not limited to:
    Expedited Parcel
    Regular Parcel
    Xpresspost
  • Local delivery: Free local delivery is available for orders of $50 or more within a 15km radius from the store. Please inquire directly for further distance delivery options. 
  • Returns, changes, and cancellations. 

    We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Order tracking: You will be sent a shipment confirmation email that includes tracking information once your item(s) have shipped. Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking to update through the carrier's website.
